Ингредиенты

Сливки 33% - 500 мл
Молоко 3,2% - 450 мл
Сахар - 300 г
Роза бордовая - 1 шт
Краситель красный - 1 г
Желатин - 10 г

Instructions

В сотейнике соединяем сливки, молоко, сахар и часть лепестков розы. Ставим на средний огонь и доводим до кипения. Добавляем ранее замоченный в воде желатин (отожмите из него излишки воды) и растворяем его. Добавляем краситель, чтобы смесь была сделка розового цвета.
Разливаем Панна Котту в формы и охлаждаем в холодильнике 1 час.
Украшаем готовую Панна Котту лепестком розы и веточкой мята.
